Nursing, Writing, and More

Founder Terri Chabaud, RN, CLNC has been a nurse for over thirty-five years and practiced in the workforce for twenty-seven years before forming her own business.  Terri has expertise in both in-patient and out-patient settings.

In addition to the time spent as a bedside nurse, supervisor, and manager, she represented the government as a health facilities evaluator in long term care.  Her patient care experiences include emergency and pre-hospital care, hospital house supervision, risk management, bed control, and occupational health.  She has been responsible for both staff development and writing of policy and procedure while working in these areas.  She has experience as a public speaker.  As a grant author, she has proven to be a capable, articulate writer.

Terri was born and raised in the New Orleans area and is the first to tell you that she is deeply rooted in her southern up-bringing.  She sees herself as willing to work hard to reach a goal, but she will also tell you that working smart makes hard work easier.  Even in today’s fast-paced, and at times disconnected society, she believes that connecting with people and keeping your word are crucial for being successful in both business and life.
